Description
My parents vacationed often in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, before my dad's passing in 2003. Now we try to get back there with my mom now and then, and it's always a little bittersweet without my dad. This beautiful yellow hibiscus flower with a pink and red center was outside the condo where we stayed the last time we were there. This image is lightly textured and cropped to square for a more artistic feel. Tropical flowers are such a welcome site and Hawaii has more than her share of them in a multitude of colors.
