Description
Burt the Butterstick is a brown trout aka Salmo trutta. It is indeed a slippery one. He looks like butter and is as slippery as butter to anglers. The brown trout has the reputation of being a worthy opponent. It is a reclusive, discriminating eater and lies in wait below streambanks waiting for bait fish. The brown trout prefers rivers with pure water with a gravel bottom.
